  • Making sauce - 10min
  • Saute meat and vegetables - 15min
  • Boiling noodles - 15min

Ingredients

Sauce:

  • Lime juice - 2 tablespoons (30ml)
  • Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons (30ml)
  • Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon (15ml)
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon (15ml)
  • Cayenne pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Saute:

  • Bell pepper (sliced thin)
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Chicken or whatever
  • Eggs - 2

Garnish:

  • Peanuts coarsely chopped - 1/4 cup
  • Green onions - 2

Method

  1. Mix sauce and set aside
  2. Saute meat and vegetables
  3. Boil noodles, drain and return to hot pot
  4. Add sauce, eggs, meat and veg and mix. The eggs will congeal in the hot noodles/meat
  5. Garnish
