- Making sauce - 10min
- Saute meat and vegetables - 15min
- Boiling noodles - 15min
Ingredients
Sauce:
- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons (30ml)
- Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons (30ml)
- Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon (15ml)
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon (15ml)
- Cayenne pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Saute:
- Bell pepper (sliced thin)
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Chicken or whatever
- Eggs - 2
Garnish:
- Peanuts coarsely chopped - 1/4 cup
- Green onions - 2
Method
- Mix sauce and set aside
- Saute meat and vegetables
- Boil noodles, drain and return to hot pot
- Add sauce, eggs, meat and veg and mix. The eggs will congeal in the hot noodles/meat
