No Churn Ice Cream
This is basically a collection of tricks to make ice cream without churning it to break up the larger ice crystals.
The ogliosaccarides in condensed milk, fat in cream cheese, and alcohol in your chosen liqueur will inhibit ice crystal growth.

Ingredients
- Cream cheese - 175g
- Vanilla - 2 teaspoons (10ml)
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (2ml)
- Heavy cream - 2 cups (500ml)
- Condensed milk - 1 can
- Liqueur (whatever flavor you like) - 2 tablespoons (30ml)
- Chocolate chips (or whatever)
Method
- Combine cheese, vanilla, salt in a food processor until creamy
- Add condensed milk and liqueur
- Add chocolate or whatever
- Whip heavy cream until it forms strong peaks
- Fold the cheese into the heavy cream and freeze.
