Hamburger Buns
This is nothing special. I found this online and it worked for me.
Total Preparation Time
Total preparation time is 160min
- 25min prep
- 60-80min rise
- 60min second rise
Ingredients Buns
- Flour - 420g
- Water - 200g
- Butter - 30ml (2 tablespoons)
- Egg - 1
- Sugar - 50g
- Salt - 5ml (1 teaspoon)
- Yeast - 15ml (1 tablespoon)
Ingredients Glaze
- Butter - 30ml (2 tablespoons)
- Sesame seeds
Method
- Mix ingredients and let rise 60min
- Cut into 8-12 buns, roll into a ball, flatten, and let rise 60min
- Brush buns with half the butter and seeds
- Bake at 375F (191C) 15-18min
- After removing from the oven, brush on the remaining butter.
