Fried Rice

This recipe could use a little work but this should be enough to get started.

Total preparation time is 25min

  • Fry half the rice - 5min
  • Fry the other half - 5min
  • Fry vegetables - 10min

Ingredients

  • A wok
  • Cooked rice - 2 cups
  • Oil
  • Vegetables
    • onion
    • carrot
    • garlic
    • frozen peas
  • Soy sauce
  • Egg

Method

  1. Cook half the rice with 1/4 the oil
  2. Push the cooked rice to the side and cook the other half in 1/4 oil.
  3. Push all the rice to the side and cook the vegetables in the center
  4. Add soy sauce
  5. Add egg
