Corn Cassarole
Joy's recipe.
This makes one cake pan, and you can double the ingredients for a big batch but you'll have to bake it longer.

- Mixing - 10min
- Baking - 100min
Ingredients
- Whole kernel corn - 1 can
- Cream corn - 1 can
- Sour cream - 1 cup
- Melted butter - 1/2 cup
- Box of jiffy corn muffin mix
Method
- Make a soup with the ingredients and pour into cake pan
- Bake at 300F (150C) for 100min until top is brown
