Corn Cassarole

Joy's recipe.

This makes one cake pan, and you can double the ingredients for a big batch but you'll have to bake it longer.

  • Mixing - 10min
  • Baking - 100min

Ingredients

  • Whole kernel corn - 1 can
  • Cream corn - 1 can
  • Sour cream - 1 cup
  • Melted butter - 1/2 cup
  • Box of jiffy corn muffin mix

Method

  1. Make a soup with the ingredients and pour into cake pan
  2. Bake at 300F (150C) for 100min until top is brown
